Theo gives keynote speech at Autumn Fair 2021

Theo headed to Birmingham to the annual Autumn Fair and organised for 13 of his #SBS Small Business Sunday winners to have a free stand at the season’s largest trade show. Owing to the pandemic, winners from both the 2020 competition and 2021 competition came.

The competition for places was extremely tight and the panel of judges had to make the tricky decision of picking the final winners. The 13 winners were:

Theo visited all the stands, finding out more about the businesses and their products which resulted in lots of interesting conversations!

Later, Theo took to the Stage where he gave an honest conversation where he championed hybrid retail - the mix of physical and online retailing, as well as the impact of Covid, small businesses, growth areas and estate agent negotiations.

Autumn Fair was a fantastic experience for the 13 businesses who all received prospective orders, gained contacts and networked with retail industry leaders.
