Theo's Xmas Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED AND THE WINNER HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED

For the festive period, Theo is running ‘Theo’s Christmas Gifts’ competition from Tuesday 1st December 2020 to Friday 4th December 2020.  There will be one winner each day and a prize will be awarded to each one winner from one of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group Brands (Boux Avenue, Robert Dyas, Ryman and London Graphic Centre), as specified in the competition literature on social media. 

The winner for each day will be announced on Twitter and Instagram at 6pm that day.

To enter, simply comment on the competition post on either Instagram or Twitter, follow @TheoPaphitis and use the hashtag #TheosXmasGifts.

  1. The prize draw entries are valid if submitted between 10am - 5pm on each of the prize draw days (1st-4th December 2020).

  2. To enter the prize draw, entrants must follow Theo Paphitis on their chosen platform (Twitter or Instagram) and comment on the giveaway post using the hashtag #TheosXmasGifts.

  3. Only one entry per person is allowed per day. Multiple entries will be deemed invalid. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

  4. The judge’s decision will be final.

  5. There will be one winner per day for each of the brands. The winner will be announced at 6pm by Theo Paphitis on his Twitter & Instagram accounts. Prizes will be picked at random.

  6. Once the winner is announced, we will request that the winner follows the brand on the platform they won the giveaway on and sends a direct message providing their postal address for the prize to be delivered. 

  7. If the winner does not respond with their postal address within five days we will randomly choose another winner from the entrants the next day.

  8. We reserve the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.

  9. By submitting your form, you agree that your data will be processed in line with the Ryman Privacy Policy - please see here https://www.ryman.co.uk/privacy-policy. 

  10. Please note we will not use your details for anything other than to contact you on your social media account to notify you if you win, to use your postal address in order to deliver your prize and, subject to your approval, to publish your win using your surname and county.

  11. No cash alternative shall be provided.

  12. This prize draw is only applicable for UK residents over the age of 18.

  13. The prize will be sent to the address supplied within two weeks following the announcement of the winner.

  14. For this prize draw, prizes will include discounts and products from one of the Theo Paphitis Retail Group brands.
